It was, simply put, a massacre.

The lush and vibrant grass that had held their bodies was now trampled and in disarray, splattered with the gore of dozens dead. Eyes that were once bright and whole were now missing completely, offered up to the bloodthirsty and hungry being of Darkness that stalked them. And with those eyes, ears as well, a barbaric tribute that had been put on display for all, bodies laying helpless and maimed and the ones that had been beheaded completely... they were the lucky ones.

The most colorful and innocent, they had no chance to flee. Fat and lazy from their life of idle pleasures, they stood no chance against the Darkness and shadows. Still, those remaining huddled together in fear, unable to turn from the spectacle before them; forced to witness the brutal slaughter of their friends with no hope of survival.

The replica forced one to face his companion, who writhed in agony in his unescapable prison, battered by strange power and magic.

"You see? He tried to defy me. Tried to hide from me, but I found him anyway. So he deserves his punishment. You on the other hand... I'll give you a quick death. Hope you don't mind the heat."

With a gleeful expression, Ri set his latest victim on fire, watching at he burst into flame and his body began to char. Then Ri smashed him between two sugar cookies and took a big bite of the now tasty treat.

"Hmmm... I knew it would be like a s'more..."

In the microwave, the small Peep inside it exploded into sugary goo. Ri cheered.

"This is a fucking awesome holiday."
