When it comes to Repliku and sex, the short answer is: Namine tops him hardcore. ♥
The long answer is, unfortunately, very long and confusing. But still leads to Namine topping him hardcore. ♥
SEX IN GENERAL and BACKGROUND IN CASTLE OBLIVION
As it's already been observed, Repliku is rather free sexually. He's a very sexual being (to those he likes), and likes to touch and be touched (again, by those he likes). He'll make raunchy jokes and innuendoes, and will -- if prompted -- go into detail about certain sexual experiences he's had. However, this all stems from two different things, mostly how much Repliku trusts the person he's interacting with, and what he went through in Castle Oblivion.
Since he was created to be a perfect -- of not better -- copy of Riku, Repliku has (from the false Memories Namine put in him) Riku's general background and memories when it comes to sexual behavior. However, he didn't HAVE this "moral guideline" at first. There was a period of time when Repliku existed, but didn't have Riku's memories, and these two overlapping sets of Memories/guidelines/morals clash frequently. Repliku sometimes doesn't know when doing or something is appropriate or proper. And example of this is when he blabbed in detail to Axel about what he and Namine did. On one hand, he was having fun freaking Axel out. On the other hand, he didn't actually know that 'kissing and telling' was bad until everyone else told him Namine was upset about what he did. Thankfully, Repliku learns quickly, but will probably keep pushing the boundaries of good taste until someone corrects his behavior.
Repliku has had sex utterly demystified for him by Vexen. Vexen, as a scientist, viewed sex under a biological imperative -- sex is for procreation -- and as one of the older Nobodies, wouldn't understand the point of having sex at all, since he couldn't feel the emotions connected to sex and Nobodies can't procreate. The idea of sex for 'fun' or to reinforce intimacy and relationships was foreign to him. Repliku, likely, was taught about the biological aspects of sex, simply as knowledge, and not expected to indulge in it. Afterall, his body was 'only' 15 (or barely one year, depending on how you look at it), and Vexen wouldn't have taken Repliku's feelings into account.
Also, in the course of experimentation and fine tuning, Vexen would have used Repliku's body as he saw fit, running tests and experiments and changing whatever needed to be changed. Tests that were most likely invasive and probing, and the consequence of this left Repliku will a total lack of bodily shame or modesty. Repliku knows his body and what it can do, and has no problem with just being naked in front of anyone and everyone. The idea of wearing clothes because being naked is shameful didn't take root until Repliku got Riku's memories. Repliku only wore his bodysuit as a manifestation of his powers, for warmth and protection, but not because he thought being naked was 'bad.'

Larxene simply liked to inflict pain and be cruel, but it was Marluxia who twisted Repliku's mind along with his body. Both of them left Repliku with the impression that sex was a tool, one that could be used in different ways, and could inflict pleasure, or pain, or both. On the flip side, Repliku was also left with the impression that he could barter his body for what he wanted -- submitting would often lead to less pain or punishment, or offering up himself for use would get him treated in a better way or given 'treats' and more freedom.
It is not until being on Destiny Islands (and messing around with Riku), that Repliku has enjoyed anything like mutually wanted sex. In addition, to be sexually attractive is to be wanted or needed. Afterall, if you want to have sex with someone, it must mean that you need them somehow. And Repliku desperately craves to be wanted and needed (one of his biggest fears is to be thrown away and abandoned).
After just the pure need to for release, is the affection. Repliku has a problem identifying where the line between affection and sex is, and usually will just express his affection in a sexual manner. Affection (liking and loving) is something that Repliku reserves for those he trusts, and he must trust you first (and to a high degree) before he starts becoming physical (unless he's trying to manipulate someone using sex, which is a different matter entirely). Also, until someone has Repliku's trust, he doesn't even think of the person in a sexual manner or is physically attracted to them at all. A good example for this would be Axel. Repliku doesn't trust Axel (or if he does, it's only that he trusts Axel because of his connections to Roxas and Sora, but not on his own). Repliku is also somewhat disgusted by the idea of having sex with Axel, and doesn't find Axel attractive in the very least (Namine and Repliku discussed this once). However, if Axel and Repliku were to become closer and Repliku began to trust Axel, gradually, Repliku would begin to find Axel attractive. That's doubtful though, since their relationship currently is rather antagonistic and snarky.
In short, guys and girls could be parading around him naked and Repliku wouldn't really notice except in the most abstract way. He'd still think Namine in a burlap sack with a bad cold was the sexiest person in the world.
Once having Repliku's trust, and his lust, could things move on to commitment. At this moment, the only person Repliku feels himself 'committed' to is Namine (and to a lesser extent, Sora; after that, Riku). However, for Repliku, commitment doesn't mean 'going steady' or being 'exclusive.' For him, commitment means that at one word, he would drop anything and everything and follow a person's orders. He would turn the world upsidedown on a whim, kill, maim, murder, and steal... do absolutely anything, because for Repliku, commitment is obedience. Of course, he'd still bitch and complain as needed, but in the end, he would obey. He secretly likes being told what to do.
Repliku doesn't know what love is. He's not even sure if he's able of the emotion, and sees it as something only Real People with Real Hearts can do.
NAMINE
As stated above, Namine is everything to Repliku. His Memories were scrambled so badly and she actually enforced the idea that Repliku would be her protector. Repliku takes his devotion and promise to protect Namine very seriously, and there is literally nothing he wouldn't do to help her/save her/make her happy.
However, this creates a problem, because with both sets of Memories in his head (pre and post being Broken) Repliku knows that Namine messed with his head to alter his feelings. Most of the time he doesn't care, because being ordered and controlled is so much easier than having to make his own choices and decisions. Also, he will always keep his promise to Namine, and that is one of the few things he believes wholeheartedly in. Then are the times when Repliku doubts himself, and doubts Namine. He is completely unsure of what Namine feels for him, even though he would protect her to the death. He fears that Namine is only using him as a placeholder, something to keep her bed warm until she finds someone better (someone with a Real Heart). This fear is why Repliku had a panic attack when he found out Namine was upset with him (when he blabbed to Axel). He sincerely and seriously believed that Namine would throw him away for his mistake, and he was willing to grovel just so that Namine would keep him.
Repliku's devotion to Namine runs so deep that he would accept Namine choosing someone else to be with (sexually, emotionally, whatever), just as long as Repliku could be around her. It's almost like the way knights had 'courtly love' for a lady (or princess or queen) that they could never touch, and never have, yet still defended the honor of. As long as Namine even gives Repliku the tiniest scrap of affection (no matter how false), Repliku would be content.
Of course, Repliku would be MOST happy if he was the only one in Namine's bed and they had sex multiple times a day. ♥ He wants to be everything to Namine the way Namine is everything to him... but Repliku sees this as unlikely (and also sorta sees himself as unworthy of something as wonderful and grand as Namine's love), and is willing to take what he can get. Because Namine is so important, she totally tops him, and Repliku enjoys it. In any encounter they have, Repliku will always make sure that Namine is satisfied first (and most often), and will withhold pleasure for himself so that he can focus on Namine. He memorizes 'hot spots' and things Namine likes best, so that he can make her feel good constantly. He actually does find pleasure in making Namine react. In short, if Namine wanted it, Repliku would go down on her for hours, not require any release from her (or in her), and not complain about his sore jaw afterwards.Favorite position with Namine (if they ever actually make it to a bed) would be the cowgirl position; Repliku on his back with Namine above and riding him. Because Repliku is a pervert and likes to watch and touch and give it to Namine hard and deep. A close runner up would be bending Namine over her drawing table and taking her from behind, with their clothes mostly on, fast and rough and dirty.

With the recent developments in their relationship (fueled by much kissing and cuddling), Sora is quite firmly on Repliku's list of adoration. He'd be there anyway, simply because he's one of what Repliku considers "the only things he has." Sora's absolute belief in Repliku in Castle Oblivion, and Sora declaring that Repliku's feeling and memories were important and real greatly affected Repliku. For that alone, Repliku trusts Sora a great deal, and respects him. But now with Sora admitting that he loves Repliku (in a different way than he loves Riku), and Sora repeatedly telling Repliku that he is real and matters and is wanted, Repliku is slowly starting to develop that kind of puppy dog love and devotion for Sora that he has for Namine.
At first, Repliku was a bit wary of Sora, fearing that Sora might try to kill him, or kick him off Destiny Islands because of what happened in Castle Oblivion. Also, Repliku was resentful because he felt affection for Sora that came from Riku's memories and feelings; it was like he was being forced to like Sora and he was sulky about it. Plus, he figured that Sora wouldn't care one whit about him, since he had the "real thing" in his life.
